Become a Youth Connect Ambassador

Are you passionate about youth mental health? Do you want to make a difference in your community? The Youth Connect Ambassador Program is looking for dedicated volunteers to help spread awareness, support youth, and lead community efforts. Whether you’re a youth leader (ages 13-17) eager to make an impact or an adult (18+) looking to collaborate with youth and advocate for their mental health wellness, we have a place for you!

  • What Ambassadors Do

    As a Youth Connect Ambassador, you will:

    Help spread awareness about youth mental health
    Talk to youth and families about resources in the community
    Assist with events and outreach
    Share your voice and ideas to improve mental health efforts
    Work with a team to support youth well-being

  • Ambassador Requirements

    📌 Commit at least 5 hours per month
    📌 Attend a training session before starting
    📌 Engage in public speaking (this could be talking to families, sharing info at events, or presenting)
    📌 Be passionate about youth mental health!

  • How to Apply

    📝 Step 1: Fill Out the Application – Complete the form online.
    📅 Step 2: Interview – We’ll invite selected applicants for a short interview.
    Step 3: Acceptance & Consent – If selected, you’ll receive confirmation. Youth must submit a parent/guardian consent form.
    🎉 Step 4: Onboarding & Training – Attend a training session and get your Ambassador Welcome Packet.
    🚀 Step 5: Start Making an Impact! – Begin attending events, engaging with the community, and helping youth!
