Kinsey Prine

Meet Kinsey

Kinsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Kinsey went to the University of Memphis for college and for a master’s degree in counseling. Kinsey has helped teens going through really hard times. Kinsey has also helped families after big injuries and people working to stop using drugs or alcohol. All of that taught Kinsey one big thing: you are more than the worst thing that has happened to you.

How She Can Help

Maybe you know why you do certain things, but knowing hasn’t made it easier to stop. Maybe you don’t feel like yourself lately. Or maybe you’re tired of changing who you are to fit in. Therapy with Kinsey isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finding your way back to who you really are.

Kinsey’s favorite quote is “No part of me is my enemy.” Think about the worried part of you, the angry part, or the part that shuts down. Kinsey doesn’t see those parts as bad. They were trying to protect you. Together, you can figure out what they need.

If you’re wondering what it’s like to sit with Kinsey, think of the vibe from this playlist:
🎵 “Light of a Clear Blue Morning” by Dolly Parton
🎵 “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus
🎵 “Loved Me Back to Life” by Celine Dion

Getting through it. Climbing. Coming back to life.

Therapy with Kinsey feels like:
🌿 Calm: No rushing, even when life feels loud.
💛 Kind: The hard parts of your story are not the problem.
🔍 Curious: Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?” you ask “What happened, and what do I need?”
✨ Real: You don’t have to pretend you’re okay here.

Kinsey loves working with LGBTQ+ teens and teens who have been through something scary or painful. Kinsey also helps with stress, sadness, loss, drug or alcohol use, and big life changes. You can meet in person or online.

In Her Free Time

Outside of the therapy room, Kinsey loves spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her dogs, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, trying new hobbies, and finding good food along the way.

You don’t have to become a different person for your life to feel different. Kinsey would be honored to walk with you.
